To qualify for a replacement, we may ask for reasonable proof of the issue, such as:

  • A brief explanation of the problem

If approved, we will send you a new replacement product at no cost.
This includes situations where:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • There appears to be an issue with product performance or quality


2. Refunds

If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we follow standard EU consumer protection guidelines.

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • The item is returned to us (unless faulty, in which case return may not be required)
